Richard S. Goldstein
Senior Partner
Richard S. Goldstein was born in New York and now resides in London with his family, who are all dual nationals of the U.S. and the U.K. He is the Senior Partner of the firm he established in New York in 1979 and Senior Partner of its affiliated London office.
Both offices deal exclusively with U.S. immigration and nationality law, with a particular emphasis on business immigration and consular visa matters. The client base is primarily corporate as well as high-net-worth individuals. Richard is currently deeply involved with consular issues and U.S. citizenship matters, with an emphasis on renunciation of citizenship.
He has organized and chaired numerous international immigration seminars over the last thirty years and has lectured across Europe, Asia and North America. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) for more than thirty years, he served as President of its New York Chapter, as a member of the AILA Board of Governors, and as Chairman of its Visa Office Liaison Committee.
Traveling to Japan several times each year since 1980, Richard has lectured for Keidanren, the Japan Overseas Investment Association, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, among many others.
